The RPI-2000 is a Phosphor Free formulation engineered to inhibit the Carbonate scale formation in Reverse Osmosis systems. The proprietary water-based polymeric structure expresses state of art dispersion performances of common fine metal oxides particles. Also, the RPI-2000  inherently inhibits the growth of micro-organism, reducing the observed bio-fouling trend.

As it is highly concentrated, only a tiny amount is needed to be dosed, supporting long lasting RO plant performances without interruption, disturbances, or issue.


The RPI-2000 is approved for use with cellulose acetate and polyamide membranes. The required dosage level ranges from 1 – 8 ppm as delivered. The dosage is proportional to the feed water flow. RPI-2000 can be used in its form or diluted with pure water in any ratio. Diluted preparations must be ideally used rapidly, within 48-72 hours after preparation. RPI-2000 is easy to use, safe to handle and safe to store for several months.

Storage & Handling

RPI-2000 is safe to use and thus is not classified as a hazardous chemical (GGVE/GGVS, ICOA/IATA). Standard regulations and precautions when dealing with chemical products have to be followed.
The storage temperature should be between +5°C and 30°C. The product is supplied in containers suitable for air, road or sea transportation. Given the high concentration of active substances, it is recommended not to overdose the RPI-2000. Additional information is available inside the safety data sheets.
