RPI-3000C is specially designed to inhibit the scale formation inside Reverse Osmosis desalination systems, particularly with difficult Brackish feed water. RPI-3000C is highly effective against Calcium Sulphate, Calcium&Magnesium Carbonate or Calcium Fluoride.

RPI-3000C has the Dual Strength to inhibit the crystal growth mechanism and to disperse the tiny oxide particles. A further advantage is the superior stabilization and inhibition of the manganese (IV) oxidation properties.


RPI-3000C is the highest concentration version of the 3000A. It is approved for use with cellulose acetate and polyamide membranes. The required dosage level ranges from 1 – 4 ppm as delivered. The dosage is proportional to the feed water flow. RPI-3000C can be used in its concentrated form or diluted with pure water in any ratio. Diluted preparations must be ideally used rapidly, within 48-72 hours after preparation. RPI-3000C is easy to use, safe to handle and safe to store for several months.

Storage & Handling

RPI-3000C is safe to use and thus is not classified as a hazardous chemical (GGVE/GGVS, ICOA/IATA). Standard regulations and precautions when dealing with chemical products have to be followed.
The storage temperature should be between +5°C and 30°C. The product is supplied in containers suitable for air, road or sea transportation. Given the high concentration in active substances of RPI-3000C, it is recommended not to overdose it. Additional information is available inside the safety data sheets.
