RPI-6000
RPI-6000 is a Super Concentrated Solution to prevent “Calcium Sulfate” crystals formation in BWRO & SWRO systems. RPI-6000 is designed for water with an extremely high Calcium/Magnesium Sulfate content (up to 15,000 mg/l). Additionally, the RPI-6000 has also the capacity to prevents Calcium Carbonate scaling.
Application
RPI-6000 is approved for use with all polyamide membranes. The required dosage level ranges from 1 – 5 ppm as delivered. The dosage is proportional to the feed water flow. RPI-6000 can be diluted with water in any ratio. However, it is recommended to inject the RPI-6000 undiluted or as a <10% solution. Diluted solutions must be used within 48 hours of preparation. RPI-6000 is easy to use, safe to handle and safe to store for several months. The shelf-life for sealed goods is superior to two years of time.

Storage & Handling
RPI-6000 is not a hazardous chemical (GGVE/GGVS, ICOA/IATA). Standard regulations and precautions when dealing with chemical products must be followed. The storage and transport temperature should be between +2°C and 35°C. The product is supplied in containers suitable for air or sea transportation. The safety data sheet contains more information.
